Greetings and `Allah-u-abha!
The Local Spiritual Assembly of Costa Mesa invites you to an Interfaith food drive being held in honor of `Abdu’l Baha this weekend at the Baha’i Center in Costa Mesa!
The format is very simple – just bring non-perishable foodstuffs to the center between 10am and 3pm either Saturday 11/13 or Sunday 11/14, drop them off and you’re back on your way! There will be at least one person at the center during that time to help if needed.
This event is also in support of the 20th annual ‘Hearts and Hands’ event of the Newport Mesa Irvine interfaith group. This food drive is in support of the Save Ourselves foodbank in Costa Mesa. They reach a lot of people, and there are a lot of people that need to be reached throughout the county. These items will help. Items received will be distributed to families in Thanksgiving Food Boxes. Can you please help?
